Caregiving has always been a part of our life. Tina began her career working with families professionally over 13 years ago. With a focus on newborns and helping new parents transition to life with an infant, Tina became a Newborn Care Specialist "NCS" and completed the coveted Advanced Newborn Care Specialist Training. While working with newborns and families was incredibly rewarding, Tina recognized the need for quality care extending far beyond what she could individually provide, so Top VIP Agency was born. The entire team at Top VIP Agency works hard to ensure their families and candidates are well cared for from the moment they apply through the placement period and beyond.

Dear Prospective Family,

Caregiving has always been a central part of my life. What began as babysitting in my Illinois hometown at age 12 has blossomed into a deeply rewarding 13-year career as a certified Newborn Care Specialist in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Along my journey, I’ve had the joy of becoming a mother to two boys and a grandmother to a sweet grandson, with another little one on the way. Family truly is my passion.
While supporting newborns and their families has been incredibly fulfilling, I recognized a greater need for quality care beyond my role as an NCS. This inspired me to create Top VIP Agency.

Brenley is delighted to be a part of the Top VIP Team and has a passion for matching families with the family and household support they are in need of. As a new mother to a very happy and very busy one year old boy, Brenley truly understands the old adage “it takes a village.” It is important to Brenley that both clients and candidates feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.

Brenley applies the same care and consideration that she did in her medical career treating cancer patients in Top VIP. She is excited to get the chance to make a difference in this new chapter of her life. In her “spare” time, Brenley loves to read, dance to old music, go camping, and spend quality time with family.
